My New Navy Life

Six months ago my dad joined the Navy. It's been so cool being part of a Navy life. So far it's been fun meeting new people, and going to a new school,  I miss my friends in Arizona a lot. I have made a lot of new friends at school and around my neighborhood. My new school is Kingston Elementary School. It's a really good school. On the first or second day of school I signed up for the school talent show. I am doing it with my 2 best friends Lindsay and Elizabeth. 

My dad's ship is so cool. He's the Chaplain of the USS Gunston Hall, ship #44. I have been there a few times, but I would never want to live there. It has 400 sailors and when they go to sea 400 Marines will join them on the ship. I'm glad my dad has his own room and doesn't have to share with 3 other Officers.

The Trip to Arkansas

A few months ago me and Natalie went on a plane by our self's. It was really,really fun. We went to Silver Dollar City twice, saw my cousins every day and have sleep overs, got to play with the puppy's,  have barbecues, and watch movies. At Silver Dollar City I went on these 2 really fun roller coasters. My favorite one was called wild fire. My second was thunder ration. There is also a very fun ride called  The Big Bar And Swing It's the highest ride there.  My favorite sleep over was at my aunt Brook's house. We had pizza and Dr. pepper for dinner. After that we made best cousin bracelets  and then we went to her back yard it's so big it's about 50 times the size of ours. But the best thing of all was we got to go on her water slide. And that's everything we did Arkansas.

My Friends

I have a lot of friends. My closest friend name is Hailey Seamen. She is my closest friend because my mom and her mom were in high school together. My other closest friend name is Zion. I don't get to see her a lot because she lives in California. I have a friend at school named Emily but she is not my best friend. The reason she is not my best friend is because she is sometimes mean to me. So those are some of my closets and pretty close friends.

Something Exciting

This week my grandparents are here. There here because my mom and dad are going to Washington,DC. They are leaving Monday morning at 3 o'clock am. I am happy and sad.The happy part is that I get to spend the week with my grandparents and the sad part is I won't get to see my parents for a week. But I know that while there here I'm going to go to the library,sprinkles, and the park. But after my grandparents leave in a few weeks me and Natalie will get to go to Arkansas on a plan by are self's. We are so excited! And that is what I am doing week

Kate's Baking and Cooking

I just started learning how to bake. I like baking cookies, cupcakes and leaning how to bake cakes. I might even bake Hudson's birthday cake. I'm so excited! In fact my mom even bought a cake to help me practice. I even learning how to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. Baking and cooking is like my new hobby. I also cook eggs, pancakes, and other breakfast stuff. And that's what I like to cook and bake. And my family enjoys what I make.

My Kindle

I love my kindle! My favorite thing about it is that it has internet because I can go on my favorite websites. Me and my sister go on websites that we can do together. A couple of are favorites are animal jam, and pixie hollow. The other thing about my kindle is that I can download books and other fun stuff. The thing I don't like about my kindle is I can't play animal jam or pixie hollow because I can't download an adobe flash player. I've tried It about one-hundred times and it won't download. I mite try one or two more times. After that I not trying again. I hope you enjoyed hearing about my kindle. Love,Kate

Me And My Family Around the Wold

I have family far and near to Arizona. My mom's family lives in California which is 6 hours away from Arizona so that not so, so far. But it's not really, really, close. It's just in the middle. My dad's side of the family lives in Arkansas which is 2 days in a car. They are so far away that last year I didn't even get to see them last year.Me and Natalie year I might go on a airplane by our self's this year.Me and Natalie are so, so exited for this vacation! Me and Natalie can't wait!
